About Scruffs
When it comes to
dog care, no one cares more.
Whether it’s our grooming service, where your dog will be groomed, indulged and revitalised in a friendly, relaxed and homely environment, our home boarding where they get treated like one of the family or doggie day care where they get the daily exercise they need in our nearby open fields and parks. Whatever it is, it’s important to us they always get the love, care and attention they deserve. That’s why, whatever service you’re interested in, we’ll always start with a free initial consultation to meet and greet
your dog.
As well as going through the details of the service with you, it’s a time when we can get to know your dog and build a friendship with them. Because at the end of the day, we know that if your dog is happy, you’ll be happy.
Scruffs is run by Debbie and Victor Durbaca. Debbie runs the dog grooming salon and is fully qualified with distinction and trained with Julie Lalou L.C.G.I. Always keen to offer the very best service, Debbie has recently topped up her experience with advanced grooming with top pet groomer Colin Taylor and difficult grooming on dogs’ heads with Sarah Hussein, senior stylist at Harrods Pet Spa.
Victor’s main role is day care, boarding and walking and he has a Professional Diploma in dog walking and dog home sitting.
Vet Taxi
Scruffs offers a vet taxi service, whereby one of our cars will come to your home to pick up your dog and take him to the vet if you are unable to do so yourself. We can travel up to a 5 mile radius from Maidenhead and so we will cover local vets such as Pines Veterinary Clinic, Summerleaze Veterinary Hospital, Hall Place Veterinary Centre, Kelperland Veterinary Centre and Vets4Pets.
We are also happy to provide a regular taxi service as we know that many standard taxi companies do not take dogs.

We offer full grooms or shampoo and trims. Whatever you decide, your doggie will go home smelling gorgeous.
Walking
We offer various walks in a local nature reserve, woodlands, and the fields and countryside nearby.
Boarding
Your dog will stay in the comfort of our home and have our full attention and be loved just as our own dog.
